This Ski Nautique got a new stereo, speakers, and SeaDek®
JL Audio Speakers
The heartbeat of any boating experience is the soundtrack that accompanies every journey. For the yellow Ski Nautique, this meant an immersive auditory journey with the installation of custom JL Audio speakers. These speakers, designed for marine environments, perfectly blended performance and durability. With a symphony of sound that cascades over the waters, every adventure became a musical masterpiece, resonating with the boat’s vibrant energy.
Fusion Radio System
The Fusion Radio system seamlessly integrated into the Ski Nautique’s dashboard is the navigator of melodies. With an intuitive interface, wireless connectivity, and access to various audio sources, the Fusion Radio system brought an element of convenience to the boat’s interior. Whether it’s tuning into a favorite station or connecting to personal playlists, the Fusion Radio system transformed the boat into a floating concert hall.
A Sea of Comfort: SeaDek® Upgrade
Comfort is a key aspect of any boating experience, and the Ski Nautique embraced this with the introduction of SeaDek® marine flooring. The once-traditional surfaces were transformed into soft, cushioned areas that invited passengers to revel in comfort. SeaDek® not only enhances relaxation but also ensures safety with its non-slip surface.

Never a bad day of fishing in this customized Maverick Fishing boat, loaded with upgrades. Starting with fully customized SeaDek® sidewalls, flooring, custom SeaDek® engine decals and registration numbers; with custom graphic cutouts of SeaDek® using our CNC machine also. We added new technology, new seat upholstery, two Power-Pole’s, and a Troll Motor. We also added a new Bimini Top, a JL Audio Marine speaker system upgrade, and a fully custom built center console with a new chartplotter screen and a new switch panel made out of acrylic with built in lighting and new Bocatech Switches.

Whether it’s lounging in the sun or moving around the boat, SeaDek® adds an extra layer of comfort that enhances the entire experience.
Innovative Utility: The SeaDek® Ruler for Measuring Fish
Beyond comfort, a Maverick boat became a haven for anglers with an innovative addition – the SeaDek® ruler. This practical solution not only enhances the fishing experience but also adds a touch of convenience. The SeaDek® ruler is more than just a measurement tool; it’s a connection to the sport of fishing itself. As anglers reel in their catch, they can easily measure their success right on the boat, creating memories that are marked by both the thrill of the catch and the convenience of technology.
Custom Built Center Console
We built this center console fully custom and embedded technology into it. Made out of fiberglass, we were able to custom fit a new chartplotter from Garmin and add the engine gauges, plus a new light bar. The end result looks like the center console came from the factory.

Garmin 8600 Series 12 In Touchscreen IPS Multi-Function Display Chartplotter/ Sonar Combo, BlueChart G3 and LakeVu. It was also given an Airmar B75m thru hull transducer. Newly installed BocaTech Switchboard that was custom made from acrylic on our CNC machine then backlit with LED lighting.
The Custom Designed Center Consoleand Bocatech Switchboard
The fully custom-built center console pod is fully integrated with acrylic cutouts that showcased the chartplotter and radio screens. These cutouts weren’t just functional; they were a testament to design precision. The navigation screen, a gateway to charting new horizons, a connection to the world beyond the waters, were elegantly embedded within the console pod. This arrangement ensured that vital information was readily available without disrupting the boat’s aesthetic.
The Bocatech switch board found its home within the center console, the boat’s interior look took on a new dimension. The center console became a command center, where every function was at the boater’s fingertips. The beauty of the switches aligned perfectly with the boat’s aesthetics, creating an environment that was both inspiring and intuitive.
Nestled within the center console, this lightbar brought illumination that was as functional as it was stunning. With razor-sharp precision, the lightbar lit up the boat’s surroundings, extending the journey into the night. The waters beneath seemed to come alive with a magical glow, marking a passage into the unknown with a touch of luminous brilliance.
Bimini Top Cover
Crafting Comfort: The Importance of a Bimini Top Cover
A bimini top cover isn’t just a practical accessory; it’s a gateway to comfortable leisure. It provides a haven from the sun’s intensity while allowing boaters to savor the surrounding beauty without worry. In the heart of the open waters, the bimini top cover becomes a retreat, a place where conversations flow, meals are shared, and moments are cherished.
Custom Upholstery and Fabrication
We gave this Maverick custom made upholstery for maximum comfort out on the water.
We powder coated the frame of the seat and the tower around the motor.
Power Pole and Trolling Motor
This customer asked for a new trolling motor and a shallow anchor system both from Power Pole. The Move PV trolling motor was chosen. Power Pole scoured every inch of standard trolling motors for reoccurring failure points unacceptable to top anglers. This allowed us to reinforce MOVE with backup systems on top of backup systems, on top of even more backup systems, in just the right places, to maximize resiliency. All because we know seasoned anglers demand the most out of their trolling motor and live by them every day.
The ultimate game-changer in Total Boat Control, MOVE PV has been crafted with almost a decade’s worth of hard work and dedication from Power-Pole. This next-gen brushless trolling motor is designed to deliver unparalleled power, impressive durability and extreme efficiency – all while operating with near absolute silence.

Custom Upholstery

This Hydra-Sports Customs boat came to Next Level for a huge upgrade to the entire boat. We’ve added all new upholstery to the seats, and along the gunwales with custom stitching. A custom acrylic dash was made to flush mount the electronics like the Garmin Chartplotters and JL Audio radio unit. Next Level is one of the only custom boat aftermarket fabricators that are flush mounting the JL Audio receiver and other electronics. We also installed BocaTech Switches along with an Etching of Hydra-Sports logo with backlit lighting. This customer also got custom CNC cut SeaDek® cushioning and flooring in the boat.
Flooring and Upholstery
The boat was equipped with SeaDek® marine flooring everywhere in color combo Mocha over Black. The main flooring is 6mm thick with the helm pad at 13mm thick.
UPHOLSTERY – ALL NEW MATERIAL DOING NEW DIAMOND DESIGN
Audio
When it comes to sound we went with the best, JL Audio – a superior stereo for boats, 6 amps in a custom enclosure then wrapped to match the new seats. 4 tower speakers with covers, 4 T-top coaxial down-firing speakers, two 12” subwoofers, two 10” subwoofers, six outdoor side mounted speakers, four below deck JL coaxial speakers. We installed LED lights to add to the effect and painted the 3 engines and made custom OEM decals.
Customizations:
Acrylic Dash and Switch Panel
Custom cut and installed acrylic dash for new electronics from Garmin, JL Audio and Yamaha. Another acrylic dash panel was cut for the gauges and switch panel with new BocaTech switches. The lower acrylic panel has backlit lighting with Hydra-Sports logo etched for a great finishing touch.

Installed flir cam and tv ant – remove and replace NAV and ANC lights – install lightbar and remove and replace spreader lights.

FLIR M232 Camera
The M232 pan and tilt camera is one of FLIR’s smallest and affordable marine thermal cameras. Featuring a resolution of 320 × 240, the M232 improves safety by revealing vessels and obstacles at night. Enjoy 360 degree viewing while underway. Combine the M232 with a Raymarine Axiom MFD and take advantage of FLIR ClearCruise™ intelligent thermal analytics. ClearCruise™ provides audible and visual alerts when “non-water” objects such as boats, obstacles, ornavigation markers—appear in the scene. This enhances boaters’ overall situational awareness, both day and night.

A FLIR thermal and night vision camera and GPS radar was installed to the T-Top then repainted black to give a sleek appearance that matched the engines we repainted and added new decals to.

Next Level is proud to present our latest project, the customization of a Defender ‘Lone Star’ that is sure to turn heads. Our team of expert technicians worked tirelessly to give this vehicle an incredible facelift, both inside and out. Here’s a closer look at what we did.
One of the biggest upgrades we made to the Defender ‘Lone Star’ was the installation of new JL Audio speakers and subwoofers. This system is designed to deliver crystal-clear sound with deep bass that will blow you away.To give the vehicle’s interior a sleek and modern look, we customized it with new SeaDek Marine Products®. This not only looks great, but it also adds an extra layer of protection to the vehicle’s surfaces.
We also upgraded the vehicle’s lighting kit to make it street legal, complete with turn signals. This not only makes it safer to drive on public roads, but it also adds a unique touch to the vehicle’s appearance.
We installed new custom bumpers on both the front and rear of the vehicle. These not only look great, but they also offer added protection.
The new winch added to the vehicle makes it even more capable off-road. This is perfect for anyone who likes to take their vehicle off the beaten path and explore the great outdoors.
Finally, we upgraded the vehicle’s wheels and tires with new Raceline Wheels and Toyo Tires to give the vehicle a more aggressive look while providing better traction and handling in off-road conditions. Overall, we are extremely proud of the work we did on this Defender ‘Lone Star’ and we’re confident that our customer will love the end result!
