Certified Fabricators digitally pattern boats, create CAD drawings, cut SeaDek PE/EVA material using CNC technology, and install the finished products. Working directly with the factory or a Certified Fabricator, SeaDek Certified Installers are factory trained to capture boat patterns and install finished products.
All SeaDek products obtained through Certified Fabricators and Installers are manufactured using genuine SeaDek PE/EVA foam, and are installed with our pressure sensitive adhesive, which is applied and inspected at the SeaDek factory in Rockledge, Florida.

Florida Marine Customs certified service team had the chance at the end of 2018 to be the first custom boat shop to do this type of insane engine swap on our customers Sportsman 267 that we’ve done a lot of work to already with custom lights, stereo, SeaDek® and more. This engine is just a beast of power, the new Yamaha’s XTO 425 V8 is the industry’s first direct-fuel-injection four stroke and deserves its own post because of the extensive work done by our awesome team to get this engine swap done right the first time.

At first water test, the Simrad screens displayed different speeds. Adjustments were made by our certified technician and the screens were then displaying matching numbers throughout both.
Bobs machine jack plate was used to adjust the height of the of the engine on the stern of the boat. Jack plates are no longer just for fishing boats, offshore boaters will enjoy the extra speed, and increased fuel economy from BMS’s new line. Jack plates are used to improve an outboard boats speed, holeshot, fuel efficiency, and the boater navigate in shallow waters. Maximizes power and efficiency by spraying fuel at high pressure directly into the combustion chamber. It’s the first four-stroke powerhead in the outboard industry to feature direct injection.
Plasma-Fused Sleeveless Cylinders
A micro-textured, plasma-fused design increases fuel economy and is lighter, more compact and 60 percent harder than steel. This allows us to enlarge cylinder bores and increase displacement without increasing the size of the powerhead, all while dramatically reducing friction.
Integrated Steering
The XTO responds quicker to steering inputs because it contains the industry’s first electric steering motor, which directly moves the outboard.

An Orlando local brought us his 31′ Ameracat Power Catamaran boat with lots of room to walk about and asked if we could install SeaDek® non-skid marine floor to his boat to make it safer to move around inside. We also fabricated a brand new center console dash for Garmin chartplotters, a new Fusion Entertainment Apollo Series Radio, and Bocatech Switches.

The 31′ AmeraCat can handle a lot of upgrades. At this size, you are able to add flying bridges to your catamaran(not pictured), as well as a ton of other features to make your fishing experience even better. When it comes to a boat, SIZE MATTERS! And so does SAFETY. This SeaDek® material is a non-skid surface that we custom install in many boats for this exact reason. Some boat owners like the look of it also because we can customize it for logos, color combinations and more. Some like how easy it is to clean with Dek Magic and how we can customize each piece perfectly to fit just about anywhere you want.

Give Kids The World Village is an 84-acre, nonprofit “storybook” resort in Central Florida. There, children with critical illnesses and their families are treated to weeklong, cost-free vacations. This golf tournament started 7 years ago with a group of employees who raised $1500 for the charity. Over the years, Stars and Pars has raised a combined $1million in donations from across the country!!!!

Saturday gave us another fun filled day out at the famous Orlando Watersports Complex for the final stop of the 2019 Gravel Tour presented by Performance Ski and Surf.
